Changing Gears

I have had little enthusiasm to blog here recently - perhaps because I feel the blog has served its purpose. Though I wouldn't say I am completely and forever recovered, I have definitely moved farther on the spectrum toward "normal" than not. I have started setting up a new blog here:

There's not much there yet and I'm not really sure exactly what I'm going to do with it. I really enjoy looking at food blogs, but I don't want to write about every bite I eat. I don't want it to be all about fitness either. I think I'll just start posting and see what happens. Whether you follow me or not, I really appreciate the supportive comments I've gotten over the past couple of years. I am well on my way to being a normal eater. Best wishes -- I will still be reading your blogs, so you'll still "see" me in your comments -- Susan

On your new blog, I congratulated you on returning to normal eating. Just want to repeat it here. We've got this blog on our blogroll and will keep it there as long as you keep it up, even though I guess you're not going to be posting here any more. There's so much great experience here.

Congrats again! You've really accomplished something tremendous for yourself!

I myself have a compulsive\binge eating disorder. I last checked into your blog last Fall. I always appreciated your posts because they show real insight into really resolving eating issues and not just losing weight or responding to all the external cues from our culture. I was SO excited to see your progress on your last May 25 post! I'm so happy for you and very hopeful for myself. I have made some huge breakthroughs, but am still in the beginning stages of recovery. Your post is a testament that It CAN HAPPEN. I want to offer my best and my congratulations.

Some natural remedies dont work out for some people, since it needs strong willpower to shred those extra pounds naturally. For those poeple, it would be better to consult a physician who can guide you regarding which diet pills are best.
